Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Philadelphia Eagles chairman and CEO Jeffrey Lurie announced changes in titles for Howie Roseman and head coach Chip Kelly on Friday. Roseman, the Eagles general manager since 2010, has been elevated to the role of executive vice president of football operations. He will continue to direct contract negotiations, salary cap management and NFL strategic matters. Kelly, who has led the Eagles to 10 wins in each of his first two seasons, will now oversee the player personnel department in addition to his coaching duties and will lead efforts to hire a new personnel executive. "We are disappointed giving up a goal in the last minute of the game, the last seconds really. I dont know how much time was added on, but it seemed deep into the game."
